The Spirit Realm is the home of the Sins, their Vices, and various other spirits and demons. It appears to be quite a lively place, in contrast to the bleakness of Limbo that is the home of the Virtues. Most areas appear to be underground, and resemble caves.

According to Lust, visiting the Spirit Realm would risk popping the mind of a young child. Whether this is true or just a lie to blow off Alicia was never clear. Todd is known to have visited the Spirit Realm after being pulled there by the Pride golem, however, it appeared more like the giant void of Limbo.
